Definitions

Data Controller
Data Controller means the natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information are, or are to be, processed. Information We Collect
Visitor and Subscriber Information
We collect or obtain Non-Personal Data and Personal Data. Personal Data we collect or obtain includes:

We may continue to retain such Personal Data even after a Subscriber ceases to use any particular Services, as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes regarding our Subscribers, to prevent fraud and abuse, to enforce our agreements and/or to protect our legitimate interests.

AE as Data Controller
Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold or process your Personal Data. Subscribers can access and edit their account information with AE at any time by logging into their account. Visitors and Subscribers from the European Economic Area
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. AE aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
